Can be safely enchanted to +3, and the item disappears when the enchant fails. When the Vitality Belt is enchanted above +4, vitality maintenance duration increases, and the decreases vitality maintenance re-use time. Can only be used during the Vitality Belt event period, and it s deleted in bulk once the event ends.
